For basic lubricant drops like this, it's generally all about "pick your flavor - use what feels good". I used this for awhile in order to be able to write about it and I'm afraid I don't have a whole lot ot add to that. Soothe doesn't bother my eyes (always the first criterion) and it doesn't do anything special for me beyond what any other "entry level" or "ordinary daily use" drop does. If you like it, use it :) 

Actually one more thing - at 0.6mL this is one of the more generous sized artificial tears.

Warnings

For external use only

Do not use

• if this product changes color or becomes cloudy
• if you are sensitive to any ingredient in this product
• if single-unit dispenser is not intact

When using this product

• do not touch tip of container to any surface to avoid contamination
• one opened, discard
• do not reuse

Stop use and ask a doctor if you experience any of the following:

• eye pain
• changes in vision
• continued redness or irritation of the eye
• condition worsens or persists for more than 72 hours

 Keep out of reach of children. If swallowed, get medical help or contact a Poison Control Center right away.

Directions

• to open, completely twist of tab
• instill 1 to 2 drops in the affected eye(s) as needed
• discard dispenser immediately after use
