As you all probably know, I'm a big fan of hypochlorous sprays - very simple antiseptic that many doctors recommend for lid cleansing. There are many brands on the market in various sizes and concentrations. This one is from Contamac, who makes Nutrifill (the filling solution for scleral lenses).
It's a great move on Contamac's part to promote good lid hygiene. I consider this one of the often-overlooked contributors to midday lens issues (debris, fogging, etc). A thorough lid cleansing prior to lens insertion can be very helpful. Personally I like to do this as well as a quick eye rinse with saline. These things can be especially helpful during allergy season.
HyClear™ is a balanced formulation of pure and stable hypochlorous acid 0.01% as preservative. HyClear™ provides the activity of pure hypochlorous acid 0.01% with up to 18 months of shelf life.
