I have not tried these personally yet, and I'm looking forward to feedback. Who with dry eye does not struggle with allergy, after all. This looks like a nice 'combo product' with tea tree oil which is popular in lid wipes in general. Let me know what you think if you try it!

OCuSOFT® Lid Scrub® Family of eyelid cleansers includes mild, non-irritating cleansers that effectively remove contaminants from the eyelids to provide relief of symptoms associated with conditions ranging from mild to severe. 

Instructions for Use:

• Unfold pre-moistened pad and wrap over finger
• Close eye and gently cleanse lid using side-to-side strokes. Do not touch eye directly. Repeat for other lid. Leave on for best results. No rinsing necessary.

• Water, Camellia Sinensis (Green Tea) Leaf Extract, Polysorbate 20, Butylene Glycol, Melaleuca Alternifolia (Tea Tree) Leaf Oil, Phytosphingosine Hydrochloride (PSG-2), Polyaminopropyl Biguanide, 1,2-Hexanediol, Caprylyl Glycol.
