As someone who wears makeup everyday, I actually really enjoy this device as a 'tug free' way to help remove stubborn makeup at the end of the day. The bristles are very soft, and have not irritated my sensitive eyelids. I cannot speak for using this to help with any eye conditions, but overall I find this to be a nice little tool in my eyecare toolbox. 

The charger that comes with this device is specific to it, so take care not to lose it!
